The story of how Compassionate Care Network was built.
Compassionate Care Network was established in 2020 by Ida, a dedicated Registered Nurse with over 25 years of experience. During the COVID-19 pandemic, finding quality, compassionate support workers to assist participants and their families at home became increasingly challenging.
Driven by a desire to provide the highest standard of care, Ida began personally assisting her neighbors and friends. As the demand for her services grew, she assembled a team of like-minded professionals, giving rise to Compassionate Care Network. Guided by Ida’s belief that everyone deserves personalized, high-quality care in a safe and supportive environment, the organization has flourished.
Since its inception, the team has expanded significantly and now provides services across Victoria, New South Wales, and Queensland. Despite this growth, Compassionate Care Network remains steadfast in its commitment to delivering exceptional, individualized care for all.
Our mission is to provide a caring and compassionate community where individuals can easily access the support they need to lead independent and fulfilling lives and to improve their quality of life. We are committed to providing our users with an easy-to-use platform that connects them with trusted support workers, offering them peace of mind and confidence that they are receiving the best possible care.
Our vision is to become the leading platform for support services and those in need matching service in Australia. We aim to create a supportive and inclusive community where people can access affordable and personalised support services, regardless of their background or circumstances.
At Compassionate Care Network, our values guide everything we do. We are committed to:
Join our team of experienced support workers who are compassionate, extensively trained and dedicated to helping those in need.
We acknowledge the cultures of our First Nations Peoples and are thankful for the community that we share together now. We pay our respects to our First Nations Peoples and their elders/leaders, both past and present, and those who are rising up to become leaders.
